Cichorium Intybus (Latin for Chicory).

The Alicia Plates are an exclusive Emilia Ceramics design, named after my mom, who discovered the design on plates in Venice over 20 years ago. We asked Tuscia d'Arte to hand-paint these flowers for us on dinner plates. Beautiful displayed on a shelf, but meant to be used, either as everyday tableware or for a special meal.
